iPhone 7 Plus (iPhone 9,4) finally got 3 gigabytes of RAM according to the information from GeekBench. No other smartphone from Apple has bigger capacity of RAM. Of course, the masters of iFixit still have to verify it, they will be the first ones to disassemble the new phones as soon as they go on sale. In the meantime, we can only rely on the data of the synthetic tests which indicate another interesting feature of the new iPhones.
Two fast cores of the A10 Fusion processor provide 40% increase in performance in comparison with the A9 chip. Other two cores consume only the fifth part of the energy that is being consumed by the powerful cores, allowing you to work with certain apps as efficiently as possible.
GeekBench confirmed that iPhone 7 Plus works using two cores. At that, it works faster than the 12.9-inch iPad Pro. Given the fact that the processors in iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus are identical, iPhone 7 should provide the same performance.
